Sustainable Development Powering Tomorrow

Greenovix is part of GKSD Group and Greenthesis Group.
Created from a mutual desire between GKSD and the leading group in the environmental sector, Greenthesis to help build a more sustainable future through renewable energy solutions. Greenovix is proud to join forces and draw on Greenthesis’ 30 years of experience in the green economy sector to create a uniquely integrated operator able to share global experience in environmental services.

Greenovix services are designed to meet the needs of an ever-changing world, where environmental awareness is paramount. This is why we are committed to developing strategies and solutions that reduce environmental impact and promote a circular economy.
Our team of experts can provide customised advice to implement tailor-made green solutions. Depending on specific needs, a series of ad hoc measures can be implemented, such as adopting sustainable technologies, optimising energy valorisation processes and or waste recovery and recycling, but also assessing the environmental impact of activities.

Our facilities are located in Italy, Europe and the Middle East and enable us to offer the best energy solutions.

Greenovix offers remediation technologies for:

  • Energy production from renewable sources, waste-to-energy, biogas-to-energy

  • The treatment, recovery, storage and disposal of solid and liquid waste, both hazardous and non-hazardous

  • The treatment of civil and industrial water, wastewater and sludge

  • The execution of environmental remediation and land reclamation

The recent European directives impose very high standards on the management of the waste cycle and consequently on the technologies used.

These objectives, of great environmental impact, can only be achieved by establishing the processes of the entire supply chain to implement a Circular Economy.

This is the value that drives the evolution of the Group

Principal Reference Points:

  • Environmental sustainability: we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our activities through the adoption of eco-friendly technologies and processes and we aim to minimise the use of resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and pollution.

  • Renewable energy: we favour the use of renewable energy and invest in energy solutions with a low environmental impact. The energy produced by incinerating the biodegradable fraction of waste is 100% renewable and CO2 free. We believe that the transition to clean energy sources is a key step in combating climate change.

  • Waste reduction: we are committed to reducing resource waste and promoting recycling, reuse, and energy recovery practices in our quest to contribute to sustainable natural resource management and a circular economy.

  • We are committed to pursuing green policies in all our activities and to making sustainability a key priority. Together, we can make a difference and build a better future for all.

Dalmine waste-to-energy plant

Key Points

  • Environmental protection and public health protection in compliance with the latest European Standards

  • Exceptionally high energy recovery

  • No liquid discharge / Completely dry process

  • Continuous monitoring system

  • Management flexibility

  • Optimum mechanical reliability and easy maintenance

Owned Tecnologies

  • Water cooled combustion grate

  • «Cool&Clean» patented combustion flue gas treatment line

Environmental Impact

European Best Available Techniques (BAT):
The Waste-to-Energy plant of Dalmine complies with the Environmental European best standard and regulation

AIR EMISSIONS POLLUTANTS ARE MUCH LOWER THAN THE EUROPEAN LIMIT VALUE

  • “Best Available Techniques (BAT)” means the available techniques which are the best for preventing or minimising emissions and impacts on the environment if the operation is represented by an installation

  • These techniques, include both the technology used and the way the installation is designed, built, maintained, operated and decommissioned

  • In order to follow European BAT for new projected plant, we applied the following BAT for each section of the plant
    A. Mechanical Treatment and composting plant section
    B. Thermal treatment of wastes
